A breathtakingly beautiful place! We couldn’t wish for more; incredible views, incredible air, incredible weather, incredible landscape and nature, incredibly cosy and well equipped cottage. A fabulous cottage in a great location. We went on lots of lovely walks and enjoyed driving round to see the sights such as Oban and Inverness. We had some lovely lazy days in the cottages and slept so well in the lovely comfy beds. The special touches we received in the cottage were very well appreciated. The cottage and location had everything we needed. It was a fab week. Thank you.

We have had a fabulous week in this beautiful cottage surrounded by stunning Glencoe. We were amazed by the little luxuries and Hotel standard thoughtfulness, yet we have the freedom of self catering. Thank you so much. Hoping to return soon.

Our third year in a row and this week was every bit as good as the other two. ‘S’ revised for his A levels in peace, ‘W’ enjoyed the valley and ‘J’ and I walked Beinn a’Bheithir, Buachaille Etive Mor’ Garbh Beinn and the Lost Valley. All wonderful.

Our third time here but our first in Cottage Two, We all feel so relaxed here and the week has flown by. The weather has been exceptionally good, adding to the drama of the views we all love. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

The cottage turned out to be a fantastic base for our best photography excursion yet. We came to Glencoe specifically for landscape photography and were not disappointed. Would highly recommend a drive down Glen Etive for beautiful scenery and wild deer so close you could almost touch them!!. Thank you David and Christine, we had a great time.

“A slice of heaven here on earth”. Wonderful, well equipped cottage in a fabulous location!  We enjoyed hiking to The Lost Valley and visiting the Isles of Mull and Iona – breath-taking! Had an interesting 4th July – cookout and Haggis!!

Breath taking, mysterious, peaceful and amazingly beautiful. Those are only a few words that come to mind when we think back to the past 7 days. At this point, (as our packed bags are waiting in the hallway), pretty much all we can think about is Ben Nevis, which we conquered today. The 6 hour climb for the fastest amongst us (with temperatures rising to 30 degrees) was worth every step as we could see all the way to Ireland once we were at the roof of Scotland. Beside exhaustion – yet pride – we have experience feelings of happiness like never before when we stumbled upon seals in Oban, ‘enjoyed’ some Scottish whisky and haggis and caught some longoustines on a speedboat that we ate later that day in the best seafood restaurant. Over the years we have travelled far places and we have to say that Scotland belongs to one of the most wonderful of all.

At last, my dream of having a holiday right in the midst of the mountains, even better than anticipated. You are wonderful hosts providing excellent, well-equipped and spotlessly clean accommodation. The changing hues of the hills, the quietness away from the traffic, the birdsong, the sheep and little lambs all added to the serenity of the week. Hope to take the 2 cottages next time and bring all our family. We will be recommending you to all our Aussie friends coming to Scotland.
